New Montreal Airport – YUL-REM Station

DAWCO has been mandated to supply all labour, equipment and materials for the construction of the Montreal Airport REM station which connects to the Montreal Light rail transit network.

 

More specifically, the work includes:

 

  • Electrical works related to the distribution, lighting, fire alarm, power generation and grounding systems
  • Telecommunication network
  • Control access and camera surveillance
  • Advertising systems

 

The Montreal Airport began work on the station in 2022 and construction will continue until 2026.

 

Following the systems integration and testing period, the service on this segment is expected to begin in 2027.
