Mechanical Process Installation

DAWCO was mandated to install a continuous flow production line for the manufacture of non-woven fabrics for medical use.

 

More specifically, the scope of work included:

  • Installation of components, including a mobile metal structure, extruder, conveyors, reels and winders

  • Pre-fabrication and installation of process piping (mainly 304 L grade stainless steel)

  • Installation of thermal insulation

  • Installation of electrical and instrumentation systems

  • Installation of the ventilation and dust collection systems.
