This year, our management team met for a three-day Off-site in the picturesque Morin-Heights region. The aim of this meeting was to review our strategic plan in the light of our vision, working together to assess our achievements in the current year and establish our priorities for the next twelve months. During this work session, change management training was integrated, offering the whole team a dynamic and enriching experience.
Outside our meetings, our members enjoyed the beauty of the surrounding nature by taking part in hikes and campfires. They strengthened their bonds by preparing suppers, sharing the excitement of watching two Montreal Canadiens games and organizing a memorable karaoke night. Once again, our team enjoyed their time together, creating fond memories and strengthening our cohesion.
