The project will be coordinated by CML as general contractor.     **Project scope**   The building comprises four units, each housing five electrical rooms. Work is progressing at a steady pace with the first phase scheduled for completion in July 2024 and the second phase scheduled for December 2024. The project is LEED Gold certified by the U.S. Green Building Council, demonstrating its commitment to minimizing its consumption of energy, water, and natural resources to help preserve our environment.     **Our mandate**   The scope of work for our team included the installation of electrical services and various equipment, as well as the installation of several kilometers of cable trays, armored cables and metal-clad cable systems.     **The road ahead**   At present, we've started work on the temporary power supply to the site, and we're about to begin installation of the cable trays, as well as civil engineering work for the foundations. Our workforce plan calls for the mobilization of around 80 qualified electricians throughout the project.     **Leadership and success**   This major project is under my supervision, including a superintendent, coordinators including Mikael Ross, foremen including David Ross and Jean Michel Tremblay, a senior BIM modeler, Nicolas Mathis, and many other dedicated experts. Congratulations to our estimating team on this environmentally responsible project. Best wishes to the whole team.             ### Latest news [![Dawco white logo](https://www.dawco.ca/hubfs/dawco_logo-1.svg)](https://www.dawco.ca/) Certificates ![Parmi les 300 plus importantes PME du Québec | Les affaires](https://www.dawco.ca/hubfs/p3_footer_logo_3.svg) ![Programme dintegrité](https://www.dawco.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Programme%20dintegrit%C3%A9.jpg?width=200&height=200&name=Programme%20dintegrit%C3%A9.jpg) ![Mixité 2022](https://www.dawco.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Mixit%C3%A9%202022.jpg?width=475&height=475&name=Mixit%C3%A9%202022.jpg) ![program Ici on recycle](https://www.dawco.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Ici%20on%20recycle-1.jpg?width=250&height=83&name=Ici%20on%20recycle-1.jpg) Quick links - [Range of expertise](https://www.dawco.ca/en/range-of-expertise) - [Field of activity](https://www.dawco.ca/en/fields-of-activity) - [Projects](https://www.dawco.ca/en/projects) - [News and publications](https://www.dawco.ca/en/news) Follow us [![Logo Facebook](https://www.dawco.ca/hubfs/mdi_facebook.svg)](https://www.facebook.com/dawco.construction/) [![Logo Instagram](https://www.dawco.ca/hubfs/mdi_instagram.svg)](https://www.instagram.com/dawco.construction/) [![Logo TikTok](https://www.dawco.ca/hubfs/tiktok-svgrepo-com.svg)](https://www.tiktok.com/@dawco.construction) [![Logo LinkedIn](https://www.dawco.ca/hubfs/mdi_linkdein.svg)](https://www.linkedin.com/company/dawco-construction/) [![Logo Youtube](https://www.dawco.ca/hubfs/mdi_youtube.svg)](https://www.youtube.com/@dawco.construction) Get to know DAWCO - [Our mission](https://www.dawco.ca/en/get-to-know-dawco) - [Our values](https://www.dawco.ca/en/get-to-know-dawco#ourvalues) - [Our history](https://www.dawco.ca/en/get-to-know-dawco#ourhistory) - [Our leaders](https://www.dawco.ca/en/get-to-know-dawco/our-leaders) - [Health and Safety](https://www.dawco.ca/en/get-to-know-dawco/health-and-safety) - [Quality](https://www.dawco.ca/en/get-to-know-dawco/quality) - [ESG](https://www.dawco.ca/en/get-to-know-dawco/esg) - [Corporate Policies](https://www.dawco.ca/en/corporate-policies) Life at DAWCO Immerse yourself in our culture and join the DAWCO family!
