SmartUse: an efficient document management platform

SmartUse is much more than just a document management platform at DAWCO; it's an essential tool that guarantees efficient, transparent document management at every stage of our projects. By integrating this platform, DAWCO ensures that all data is centralized, facilitating access to important documents and reducing the risk of errors linked to the circulation of obsolete versions. The new document version management function enables our teams to easily track updates and modifications, ensuring that our teams are working on the latest approved version.

In fact, automatic synchronization with site teams' iPads ensures that everyone always has the latest information, even when on the move. This streamlined approach to document management enables DAWCO to increase efficiency, reduce delays and errors, and ensure smooth collaboration between all project stakeholders, contributing to the overall success of our construction and maintenance projects.

Our customers testify

"The efforts and actions taken by DAWCO in terms of occupational health and safety management here on the City of Montreal's BEST worksite have borne good fruit when we look at the results obtained. These results would not be possible without your personal involvement (Pierre Lemire, Project Manager) and that of your supervisory team and all your workers in all your trades. We're nearing the end of a long project that has enabled us to overcome many OHS challenges together during the erection and implementation of the plant. Thank you for your collaboration in ensuring compliance with the City of Montreal's OHS management rules and standards.
